Refund policy

If embral cloud is not working out, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that, you can cancel any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but if a billing mistake or an outage on our side got in the way, write in and we will make it right.
