Export notes to Obsidian

1. In Settings, open Markdown.
2. Turn on Export notes when a recording ends.
3. Pick the Export folder: an Obsidian vault or any folder you like.
4. Under Include, choose which sections each file carries: the AI summary, your notes, or the transcript. All three are on by default.

The Filename template controls naming, with tokens like {date}, {time}, and {title}. The settings row previews the result.

When it happens

The export runs once, when a meeting finishes processing. It’s one-way: embral writes the file and never reads it back, and later edits inside embral stay inside embral. The database remains the source of truth. See Where your data lives.

Images you pasted into notes travel along: they’re copied into an embral-assets folder inside your vault and the links in the note point there.
